Throughout her life, Sybil Joyce Narcisse dedicated herself to serving others in her local church and community. From an early age, she discovered the profound joy of giving—whether it was her time, resources, or herself. Sybil believed in leading by example and inspired young people to give back through church and mission outreach, music and the arts, and community service. Even when she could no longer actively participate, she remained a passionate advocate and generous supporter of missions. This scholarship stands as a fitting tribute to Sybil Joyce Narcisse, honoring her legacy, life’s work, and unwavering service to God and humanity.
The Sybil J. Narcisse Legacy Scholarship is awarded each year to a Christ Church high school senior who exemplifies a heart for service, actively supporting the work of the church and giving back through community involvement.
Applicants must have completed community service hours and intend to pursue full-time study toward a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university.
This opportunity exists because of the faithful generosity of family, friends, and donors who believe in empowering the next generation.
